IT Information Guidebook

This booklet started as an independent idea of mine and I presented it to my team and manager. It was decided that we would print the booklet and give it to every new student that came to a Missouri S&T Pro Day. 

It includes information about devices that can and can’t be connected to the network, how to get free Microsoft Office, connect to the campus VPN, and more. I originally designed it in Microsoft Publisher but switched over to InDesign, at the request of the Campus Printing Office.

We originally printed a couple thousand and are now down to a couple hundred in reserve. An updated version is being developed and will be published as it seems the S&T student body has found this booklet very helpful.

Tri-Fold Brochures

To the left is an example of the brochure style that I have developed for the IT Help Desk at Missouri S&T. This brochure is designed to give a student all the information they might need to know about Microsoft Office 365.

Physical Knowledge Base Articles

To the left, there is a PDF of our documentation for downloading and installing our VPN software to a computer. This style has been adopted as the standard at the IT Help Desk, as you can see in the Graphic Design section of my portfolio.
